Aswaaq is a retail company that operates a series of retail spaces and community malls. Located in the United Arab Emirates, Aswaaq is a local reference in terms of supermarkets. Fighting over quality at a low price, the brand suits everyone. The perfect opportunity to raise brand awareness and invite customers to create traffic on Aswaaq’s e-commerce website! Since 2021, the company also offers its clients a delivery option in Sharjah and wishes to promote it to potential customers. 

Keen on strengthening its position and appealing to new customers, Aswaaq wants to be able to reach these two goals in one campaign. 

It is then no surprise that Aswaaq turned to programmatics with Gamned!. Excited to kill two birds with one stone, Gamned accepted this two-in-one challenge!

CREATE BRAND AWARENESS, GENERATE TRAFFIC AND CLICKS ON THE NEW ASWAAQ E-COMMERCE WEBSITE - AND PROMOTE THE NEW ASWAAQ DELIVERY SERVICE IN SHARJAH!

A solution defined together

A tailor-made

strategy

The strategy is tailor-made and focuses on 3 wisely-chosen axes in order to meet the objectives:

  • In order to gain visibility on brand-safe websites, Gamned runs banners on Display and social media ads.
  • 1 set of creatives and 4 different formats are thus created specifically for Facebook.  1 set of creative and 11 different formats are also created for display only.
  • To reach potential customers (both 18+ men and women of all nationalities) and generate more traffic, the strategy sets up thematic + contextual + behavioral + retargeting targetings
  • To focus on near-located potential customers and reach them out more easily, Gamned! sets up a specific geotargeting in a radius of 5km around each store as well.

THE SUCCESS OF INNOVATION

Mission accomplished!

In less than 3 months, the strategy rapidly shows great results : 

The campaign generated almost 15.5 M Impressions, 26,400 Clicks, 18,500 Visits and ~ 1,000 purchases. 

eCPM cost also lowers from the initial objective with a results of $1.12 instead of $1.85.
