The context

Belgium’s favorite sports betting company, Ladbrokes.Be, joins the festivity of Euro 2021 and wonders how to encourage sports betting among Belgians throughout the competition. To that end, Ladbrokes.Be formed an unprecedented collaboration with Gamned! and RMB in order to set up an innovative strategy and approach through the first Programmatic TV campaign in Belgium.

The goals
TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE IMPACT OF LINEAR TV IN ORDER TO DRIVE QUALITATIVE WEBSITE TRAFFIC

A solution defined together

  • Creation and broadcast of 50 TV spots of 20 seconds each on RMB channels.
  • Real-time optimization of the TV campaign using the DSP Adkymia, which provides a direct measure of the campaign’s impact on the traffic of Ladbrokes.Be.
  • Set up of a retargeting strategy of the traffic generated by TV-exposed-audiences.
  • Implementation of a disruptive approach aimed at creating a bridge between offline and online campaigns: Optimization of the TV campaign is ensured via the Cost Per Visit (CPV) to achieve pure performance.

THE SUCCESS OF INNOVATION

A performant campaign:

  • 10 600 visits were generated on the website Ladbrokes.Be.
  • A Cost Per Visit three times lower than classic video campaigns run throughout the campaigns. 
  • Possibility to remessage the website traffic on premium broadcast frameworks.
